Description
According to the regulations outlined in the Private Security Agency Regulations Act, it is mandatory for all private security agencies, including Maske Brothers Pvt Ltd, to establish an affiliation with a recognized training institute. This affiliation is to be formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a PSARA Training Center. The Training Center must have the infrastructure to conduct training for security guards, covering a set of prescribed subjects. These subjects include:
1. Physical fitness training
2. Proper conduct in public and correct uniform practices
3. Physical security, encompassing asset, property, personnel, and household security
4. Fire safety
5. Crowd control
6. Examination of documents such as identity cards, passports, RTO documents, smart cards, etc.
7. Working knowledge of English for identifying documents like arms licenses, travel documents, security inspection sheets
8. Identification of Improvised Explosive Devices (IED)
9. First aid
10. Crisis response and disaster management
11. Defensive driving as applicable
12. Handling and operation of non-prohibited weapons and firearms (optional)
13. Legal aspects
14. Badges of rank in police and military forces
15. Different types of arms in use in public and police
16. Use of security gadgets
17. Leadership management
As per the updated PSARA guidelines, This affiliation is crucial for ensuring that all security guards undergo proper training in the prescribed subjects, with a minimum of 120 hours of training before commencing work as security personnel.
The required documents for the MoU (PSARA) with Maske Brothers Pvt Ltd are as follows:
1. Any one business proof (GST certificate, MSME certificate, incorporation certificate, rent agreement, etc. – anyone)
2. The Aadhar card of the owner
3. Owner’s photo
